Return policy:
Returns and exchanges will be accepted on certain products, within 30 days of original purchase. Before returning an item, please contact our Parts Department (1-800-873-2357) to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee ($75.00 minimum) will be charged to returned stock items that are not defective. A minimum of 25% restocking fee will be charged for custom items.

Nonreturnable Items
These items include labor and/or installation services; items that are damaged or abused; items that have been used or modified; electronics (PC boards, electronic modules, video monitors); custom made items.
