Perfectly balanced turbochargers are the foundation for a long turbocharger life – whether in R&D or servicing!
The TBpro and TBxpert machine pair is new. These two precision machines are mainly used in R&D and small series production. The individual components of a turbocharger can be pre-balanced with great accuracy using the TBpro. The TBxpert is then used to precisely measure the unbalance of the mounted core assembly at high speeds. Both machines are equipped with extensive evaluation and analysis options.
Set up and start
The tried and tested second machine pair, the TBcomfort and TBsonio, is always the right solution if you are looking for a suitable balancing solution for servicing turbochargers. As the first step, the TBcomfort greatly reduces the initial unbalance of the components and then, as the second step, the TBsonio balances the mounted core assembly under close-to-real operating conditions.
